By Dr. Dan Sweeney
Director, Institute for Enterprise Ethics
On September 8, 2011 the Institute for Enterprise Ethics hosted a gathering of over 30 business leaders, practitioners, service providers and academics to discuss the challenges in implementing the recently released SEC regulations for the whistleblowing provisions of the Dodd-Frank legislation. The diversity of the group, including Ethics and Compliance Officers, General Counsels and Independent Directors of public and private companies, together with outside counsels, consultants and advisors to such companies and several members of the Business Ethics and Legal Studies Department of the Daniels College of Business provided a robust discussion and a rich variety of points of view.
The Institute followed the roundtable with a position paper that summarized the discussion as well as laid out the Institution’s position on the topic. To read that paper, please click here.
Also, the SEC recently published its first Annual Report on the Dodd-Frank Whistleblowing Program which you can access here.
We invite you to comment on either of these pieces and submit your own reference items on the whistleblowing program for our the benefit of other readers.

Students, in general, face more problem in their academic, Especially college students.Like college, they have a proper guide for study. They have to study themselves.None of them give correct guides for them.So they have to find more sources for their academic success.Reading and writing is the important part of academic. There are so many sites like sovinco for their study help.
